It normally takes about 24 hours to send a complete designed-order to customers.

But in some cases it may take longer than that base on order type.

We do our best to contact the customer if the design-order might take longer than usual.

We use the following graphics applications: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word Office, Pages and Corel Draw. Save all typeset characters as outlines (Illustrator) or curves (Corel), or PDF in your final artwork files. Images and vector files or high resolution raster files 200-300dpi are acceptable. (psd, jpg, jpeg, tif, png.)

You may provide ink colors to be printed (CYMK preferred). CYMKcolors are designed to be printed on white paper and are used for printing purposes, and RGB colors are for electronic on screen viewing purposes only, exact color match not guaranteed.
